Starting from 1980, WTM is growing from year to year improving tourism and hospitality and giving endless opportunities for business growth.

WTM London is growing rapidly in the past 40 years. At the very first WTM there were 40 countries, 221 exibitors and 9.000 trade visitors participating, and four decades later, WTM London facilitates £2.8 billion in industry deals and has around 5.000 exhibitors from 182 countries and regions and more than 51.000 participants.

Over the years, a lot of different happenings and developments marked WTM. Starting from the very first year, the importance of the events is indicated by the fact that Royal families took a significant part in openings.
